OK, this isn't fair -- I pose the question above and I haven't got a definitive answer myself -- having watched the series continuously for the best part of two years, whilst trying to produce definitive copies on DVD, I have wondered these questions myself -- and I would like to hear other peoples' opinions -- to me, this is what makes watching and analysing television interesting -- differing opinions and ideas -- I will post my opinions on Series 1, 'Wonders in Letterland', in the next few days -- if anyone has any objections to this -- or they just want to offer a (contrary) opinion, please post whatever you feel -- this is what makes being a fan of series that much more interesting!! All the best,
RB

Apologies -- the above post was a little vague -- this is what happens when you finish your final university assignment at half-two in the morning!! I'm doing a TV studies degree, which has made my appreciation of T.Bag rather analytical at the moment!! I'm just interested to know what everyone else thinks of T.Bag, series-by-series -- this may also help my degree in the future as I'm hoping to do a module on childrens television next year ;-)

Now this is a difficult question! It's very tricky picking one favourite episode out of 94 episodes (and all 94 episodes have some great moments and good reasons to chose them over all the others). But if I have to pick one of my favourites must be episode six from Pearls of Wisdom - The Ghost of Castle McCarr. It's such a funny episode and has some truly great moments, the ghost, the music, T-Shirt and Sally walking round and bumping into each other, T-Shirt listening to The Gory Story Hour, all of Rob McCarr's tartan nic-nacs and that T-Bag is so funny in this episode telling T-Shirt off and congratulating T-Shirt for his annual good idea and there isn't even an explosion in sight! I could have picked so many episodes though and I might have a different favourite next week. As for favourite series it must come between T-Bag Bounces Back, T. Bag and the Revenge of the T. Set and T. Bag and the Pearls of Wisdom but I think T. Bag and the Pearls of Wisdom is the best overall as all the episodes (with the exception of the third which isn't a patch on the rest of the series) are truly funny to watch repeatedly all these years later. Pearls of Wisdom also has my favourite ending with Tabatha Bag almost winning until Sally hits the pearl out of her hand and it (by a slight miracle) landing perfectly back on the compass. But all nine series have a special part in my childhood. But my favourite Christmas special is certainly T. Bag's Christmas Ding-Dong which is just perfect ending with the opera which truly sums up the spirit of Christmas - absolutely fun! But then again if you asked me next week I might pick totally different ones .

Hi there i am new to this site so please bear with me. One of my favourite episodes has to be from turn onto t bag with the bubble boy kid. I laughed so much when T shirt and Holly dressed up[ in that ridiculous costume. The best bits got to be at the end where T bag eats a soap apple and clicks her fingers. Then back in the T room she says if i ever hear that commercial again i'll scream. Silly woman had her tv screen on and ooops. A big massive thunderclap, definately one of the best episodes

I just think the series as a whole was very ahead of it's time. I loved T-bags fabulousness! (I felt the same about Barbera Kellerman who played the white witch in BBC Lion, Witch & Wardrobe...I think those two have ALOT in common!)
My fav moment was when Debbie looses all her spoons(please don't quote me on the episode, I just remember her being by the sea) I'm sure she's lovely as a person in real-life, but as a little boy I remember she annoyed me slightly so I used to delight in her misfortunes!!!! (I'm not evil...honest!!!) :-)
I remember crying at the end of the second series and My Nursery school teacher asked me what was wrong and all I could sy was "T-Bags dead, they've KILLED her!!!" (I would have only been about 4 or five I guess)...
hehe...memories...anyhoo, take care. N

But personally, I have yet to see all T-Bag Series so have no opinion until I get the full box-set since I have not seen T-Bag semi-fully for years. But I promise I will once/after I do so I can give an accurate answer.
